Berthon USA/Scandinavian Yachts specializes in the presentation of high-quality yachts, both Sail & Power. As the US Agent for Berthon International of England, our capability to serve clients in the international and larger yacht markets has been further enhanced. With many years of experience in yacht sales and charter, our reputation is second-to-none.

We are the East Coast, US Agents for Najad Yachts of Sweden. The premium quality Najad line of center and aft cockpit sailboats offer to the discerning client a range of modern design, high quality, fast cruising sailing yachts from 33 - 57 feet .

We are also the US dealer for Rustler Yachts of England, and import the beautiful classic daysailer – the Rustler 24, a classic long keeled Holman and Pye designed Rustler 36, and the fast passage making  Stephen Jones designed Rustler 42  and 44 aft cockpit cruising yachts.

Brokerage sailing yachts from Scandinavian and European  manufacturers are a major specialty for us. We have found that such good quality never really goes out of style. Notable examples include Najad as well as Baltic, Sweden Yachts, Jonmeri, Finngulf, Bowman, Rustler, Contest, Hallberg Rassy, Malo, and, of course, our house specialty of brokerage Nautor’s Swan yachts. Scandinavian Yachts is also pleased to offer brokerage power yachts. Such selections are typified by the classic Down East-style fast day boat & cruisers as well as the trawlers & motoryachts such as Sabre and Eastbay powerboats. As our sailing clients already know, all of these selected offerings continue to be in great demand for those who desire the best that such quality yachts can offer.

Our Berthon USA/Scandinavian Yachts team is comprised of Jennifer Stewart, Alan Baines and Randy Altemus. Jennifer’s experience in new & brokerage yacht sales includes many years as a designated Nautor’s Swan Agent. Alan has experience selling both new build and brokerage yachts, and a further 5 years in managing marina and boatyard service operations.  Randy has experience in the sail & power brokerage and new yacht construction for some of the best names in the business in the United States and overseas that include Nautor's Swan and Baltic Yachts.

Accordingly, we are well-known for our expertise in managing both domestic as well as overseas transactions and their demanding details of pre-purchase inspection & survey, ownership transfer and yacht transport & delivery considerations.
